Mr. Molina served the ready-mixed concrete industry as General Manager of ABC Concrete Inc. Austin, Texas, for three years. He has been traveling around the world setting up concrete batch plants and providing technical support on new concrete operations.

Fred Vincent,Jr.
Chaparrals founder and Managing Partner, Fred W. Vincent, Jr., holds both Baccalaureate and Masters degrees in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington and Texas Christian University, respectively. For twelve years, Mr. Vincent, Jr. served the concrete machinery industry as President of American Built Equipment Company, Inc.

Ricardo Molina
Chaparrals Vice President and International Sales Manager, Ricardo Molina, earned a Bachelors degree of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Monterrey TEC, Mexico, and a Masters degree in Global Management from Thunderbird, the American Graduate School of International Management, Phoenix, Arizona. In addition to his native language, Spanish, Mr. Molina is fluent in both English and French. Mr. Molina served the ready-mixed concrete industry as General Manager of ABC Concrete Inc. Austin, Texas, for three years. He has been traveling around the world setting up concrete batch plants and providing technical support on new concrete operations.

Rich Duran
Rich Duran, Chaparral's Regional Manager for the Western US, first cut his teeth in the ready mixed concrete business working for RE Monks Concrete Company of Colorado Springs, Colorado in 1982. With first hand ready-mixed concrete business start-up experience, Rich knows where our customers are coming from when they talk productivity, payload and cost. Rich is a life long Coloradoan who loves the outdoors, hard work, and fishing.

Keith Pelusi
Keith Pelusi began his association with the concrete industry in 1998 when he worked as a consultant for American Built Equipment. Through this work he developed a deep respect for the industry and for the dedication to customer demonstrated by the Vincents. He is delighted to resume serving the industry in the Western and Southern states for Chaparral Concrete Equipment.

After graduating from Grove City College, Grove City, PA, Keith began his career with six years as a US Army Infantry Officer. He then worked the following 20+ years for several large companies (including Frito-Lay, McMaster-Carr, Quaker Oats, Pearle) as well as entrepreneurial activities (including 10+ years as President of Bike World, Inc. and small business consulting).

Christopher J. Vincent
Chris, Chaparrals Vice President of IT, earned a Baccalaureate Degree in Management Information Systems from Oklahoma Christian University.
